With the last waypoint you add simply change the waypoint type to CYCLE in it's attributes and the patrol will loop through all the waypoints for as long as there is nothing more significant taking their attention. If you want to specify a simple fixed patrol loop you can simply place the unit at the start of the patrol and then add however many waypoints as required.
